Sand Maker:Vertical Shaft Impact Crushers is high-perbance equipment for sand making and shaping, is researched and produced by our corporation through absorbing the advanced technology from Germany, and has achieved world advanced standards. This equipment has two types: rock-on-rock and rock-on-iron. Sand yield of “rock-on-iron” type is higher by 10-20% than that of “rock-on-rock” type. It is widely used in fine crushing and rough grinding of bl, mineral, building aggregate, concrete, anti-fire material, glass raw material, manufactured sand and all kinds of bllurgical slug. It is also can utilized in shaping of high rank road surface. Compared with other kind of crusher, it is more advanced in intermediate hard, extra hard and abrasive material crushing, such as gravel, quartz, sandstone, basalt, silicon carbide, diamond grain and sintered bauxite .

Working Principle of Sand:The materials enter the crusher through feeder hopper, which is divided into two parts by distributor, one part through the middle of distributor entering into the rotating impeller at high speed, then accelerated in impeller, whose speed can reach hundreds of acceleration of gravity, then the material is cast through the internal flow path around the impeller by the speed of 60-75 meter/second. First the materials will impact together with the part freely fallen down around distributor, then impact on the eddy current cavity’s layer together, be rebounded by layer and inclined impact to the top of the eddy current cavity, changes its direction and moves down, the materials cast from the impeller bs continual material screen.
